Customizer SaaS application is separated into four primary components:

Administration platform, responsible for product configuration and management;

Front-end Javascript framework, which helps to create highly custom configurator user experiences;

REST API for accessing product configuration data, saving designs, and generating product recipes;

Integration components, typically located in the host website space, that are responsible for connecting site’s product data, such as pricing and inventory, with the custom product data.
