Analytics
The Customizer platform includes a robust analytics feature designed to track e-commerce performance, pinpoint areas for improvement, and deliver valuable insights.
Analytics is available in two modes:
Recipe Analytics: Always enabled, this channel provides insights into completed designs and recipes saved on the platform.
Actions Analytics: An optional feature offering detailed, granular insights, including user sessions, navigation progress through configurators, and the ability to track custom events.
The analytics feature offers a simple, natural-language interface that enables users to query Business Intelligence questions without the need to learn complex SQL or proprietary query languages. Queries can be further refined through a series of clarifications.
